Anvil Creations is pleased to be able to present the 1984 classic cassette from Peter Kaminski called “Synthesis”. Peter was a member of the I.E.M.A. in the early 1980s, and an active contributor of music to our collective tape series, on which he appeared in Tape #3 and Tape #6.

Peter developed a lot of electronic instruments in the ‘80s, like the first worldwide commercial MIDI computer interface, and was working on the VORTRAX virtual voice synthesis project for Kraftwerk, among other things. He has been working as a technical journalist for quite some time, and for many years he has had his own studio called “Mastering & Surround Factory” in Hamburg, where he currently resides, and has supported artists such as Jethro Tull, Count Basie Orchestra, Sammy Davis Jr., James Last, Dianne Reeves, Tarkan and many others.
